The Old Bakery is in Pymmes Mews in London N13, it originally included a very tall chimney that had to be taken down for safety reasons. Investigating the land title highlighted that illicit Gin had once been made on the premises, rumoured to have had nettles as part of the recipe. Efforts to recreate this Gin have not yet produced anything with a very attractive taste. Instead a much admired range of new Gins with several celebrity endorsements, includes:

Old Bakery Gin
Old Bakery Gin – Navy Strength (57% ABV)
Old Bakery Gin – George’s Special Edition (50% ABV)

there is also an Old Bakery Rum at 41% ABV
